Here you can check out the lion habitat for free where you will find lions lounging in an imitation savanna desert. The lions actually reside on a ranch just outside Vegas and get their vacation at the MGM on a rotational basis. After you see them, stop in at the gift shop and make a purchase to support them.
If you're after nightlife, you can visit their wee creation of studio 54 in New York where you can dance the night away.
The MGM Grand, Las Vegas also offers a couple of great shows, the production La Femme features 13 ballet trained dancers that celebrate the 'artistry of the nude' in a tasteful and elegant production reminiscent of the Crazy Horse in Paris.
If you want to see a really unique and interesting show, you must see the Cirque du Soleil show KA. This show combines dazzling high wire acts, epic scale theater and world class acrobatics along with interesting costumes and makeup. This Asian themed show combines martial arts moves with acrobatics from some of the worlds best acrobats.
